How to access Apple TV Connect

Access to Apple TV Connect is by invitation only. Channels and select Video App Integration partners will be granted access and receive an invitation with login instructions via email. If you want to expedite access, contact your Apple Technical Partner Representative.

Once you receive an invitation, follow these steps to log in and set up your account.

1. Create an Apple ID.

After you’re invited to Apple TV Connect, you’ll need an active Apple ID in order to access Apple TV Connect. If you don’t have an Apple ID, create a new ID.

2. Join Apple TV Connect.

Your Apple TV Connect account will be linked to your existing Apple ID or the one you recently created. This email address should be provided to an Admin on your account. When the Admin creates your account, you’ll receive an email to verify your address is correct. Once verified, you’ll be directed to Apple TV Connect where you can create your password. If you’re using an existing Apple ID, use the password associated with that account. Apple TV Connect requires two-factor authentication. If your account does not have it turned on, you’ll be prompted to upgrade your account security. As a new user, you must accept the terms of service. Once accepted, you’ll be redirected to the Apple TV Connect homepage.

3. Provide account details.

Depending on your role, you’ll be able to update your account details under the Account tab. All users can choose to receive email notifications. To change or add country access, an Admin must make this update.

If you’re a Channels partner and need access to your sales, streams, and subscriptions data, see how to access iTunes Connect.
