How to access Apple TV training

Apple offers partner training through the Apple TV Training portal. You’ll be given access to take various courses, including Introduction to Apple TV Channels Integration, Introduction to Apple TV Connect, and Introduction to Transporter. If you haven’t received an invitation, reach out to your Apple Technical Partner Representative. New courses will automatically be available to you within the portal.

If your brand is new to the Apple TV app, the training portal also includes features that support the onboarding process. Team members identified as key to integration will be required to complete their assigned courses. Once all required users complete training, the Partner Admin will be assigned integration IDs and presented with a form where they can submit required deliverables for Apple’s review.

If you are a Partner Admin, you’ll have access to a dashboard that provides insight into the certification status of your team, and you can nominate additional users within your organization to take courses.
